Completion requirements
Common Unsafe Behaviours:
- Colleague does not wear complete PPE or it is not in good condition
- Colleague does not properly remove jammed materials/products.
- Colleagues does carry personal LOTO locks.
- Colleague does not perform the complete LOTO procedure.
- Colleague does not hold the handrail while using stairs.(3 pt. contact)
- Colleague does not handle the chemical substance used in the work area properly.
- Colleague does not operate machines with guards in place
- Colleagues does keep the walkways/aisles emergency exits, electrical panel, and fire extinguisher/fire protection clear.
- Colleague does keep his/her workstation in order.
- Colleague does not use the pedestrian walkways in the facility.
- Colleague does not follow proper traffic rules inside the production/warehouse area. (forklift).
