The Magna Carta of Women (MCW), also known as Republic Act No. 9710, is a comprehensive women's human rights law in the Philippines. It was signed into law on August 14, 2009, and aims to eliminate discrimination against women by recognizing, protecting, fulfilling, and promoting their rights, especially those belonging to marginalized sectors of society.
